Organic wholemeal flour produced by our great friends Johnathan and Fiona Waterer at higher Biddacott farm, Chittlehampton Devon. This amazing flour produced from ancient grain wheat has been produced in the most traditional and environmentally friendly way possible by a family who have been working heavy horses for over 40 years. Johnathan and Fiona’s organic flour is so special because it’s unique it that where possible heavy horses are used at all stages from cultivation through to harvesting the grain. Farming organically with heavy horses is kind to the land, conserves the soil and is beneficial to the environment not to mention keeping alive a way of farming so important to our heritage and countryside. We are honoured to offer this incredible flour produced by two of the nicest people you will ever meet.
